We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing team at The Telephony Co. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a seamless service experience. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and concerns
• Manage client accounts and maintain strong client relations
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver prompt resolutions
• Provide updates and reports on client interactions and satisfaction
• Ensure customer retention and handle escalations efficiently

• 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
