The Telephony Co suggested them to use the IP-PBX (3CX) over cloud or on premises, so we have deployed the 3CX over cloud & send a 3CX compatible Dinstar gateway & SIP trunk & DID of their local number series of Mumbai i.e 022, with the help of this gateway, 3CX extension can be configured over BSNL Landline phone. After 3CX server installation SIP trunk has been configured over 3CX & thereafter with gateway those extensions were configured on BSNL Landline phone.
They found this solution stable & satisfied, so they have upgraded the lines to their other branches as well like Thane, Hyderabad, Aurangabad & many more. Now they are at 50 seats. All solution has been done by technical team over remote access, so no visit cost was there.
