Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the entire revenue and customer success charter, managing go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, partnerships, and strategic alliances across domestic and international markets.
- Leading a high-performing team to drive aggressive revenue growth and market expansion
- Developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for multiple verticals including CRM, Cloud Telephony, WhatsApp, SMS, and other SaaS offerings
- Driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, with a focus on large enterprises and mid-market clients
- Building and nurturing CXO-level relationships across industry segments including BFSI, Healthcare, E-commerce, Education, and Logistics
- Overseeing strategic partnerships and alliances to enable product growth and market penetration
- Working closely with product, marketing, and support teams to enhance customer experience and deliver value.
